ANPC Mutual operates as a non-resident agent pool with stringent eligibility standards for membership. These standards are designed to ensure full compliance with applicable state, local, and international indemnity requirements. Each member is required to maintain a secured, registered indemnity bond with a minimum face value of $900,000 on file.

All registered bonds are collectively held within the pool and may be accessed to respond to liability exposures or claims asserted against a member through the pool structure.

 

Prospective members must also be enrolled in, and remain in good standing with, our Private Member Association of ministries.
